Here's how I chose Reina to help me find a house: I saw an ad online for a house I wanted to look at, and there were two agents with small ads on the web page. I had questions. I emailed both of them the same questions. One took several days to answer. Reina answered in a couple of hours. Everything after that first moment matched that behavior -- quick and informed. She's smart and she's thorough, a complete, caring professional every step of the way. A warm person, she's lovely to work with. Low key, never pushy, actually listens to what you say and responds with well-thought-out actions. I had really specific qualities and locations, and she sent me links to houses that matched exactly what I wanted. Plus, she saved my tush, frankly speaking. I had tried for a loan with a major bank, and they turned me down, despite my long, perfect history with them and having plenty of assets.
